Our standard shipping rate is $6 Nationwide or $9 Rural Delivery. We have an overnight delivery within North Island (on all items that are in stock (this timeframe is 2-3 days for Rural areas).

All of the Bridal bouquets are made to order, please allow 1 month for making of the products and delivery. You will be given an approximate delivery timeframe once you have placed the order and paid. Please email us prior to placing the order if you just want to know if we can make a bouquet before your wedding day. You can confidently place the order if your wedding is more than 1 month away. We might deliver within 3 weeks, but we can't promise any exact timeframe.  Please note that proccess of making the flowers will only start after we receive your payment.

If you want the wedding accessories/decorations to be delivered together with the flowers you have ordered please put instructions in delivery information upon check out. Otherwise any wedding accessories (except for the flower arrangements) that you order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours.

We use New Zealand Post traceable service for shipments. Once your order is shipped we update your tracking number online, you can track your order any time by clicking on the top tab menu - Track Your Order. Please use NZ Post website for tracing of your parcel www.nzpost.co.nz/TrackandTrace If you chose NZ couriers for delivery, please use their website www.nzcouriers.co.nz for tracking purposes.
