How soon after I make a purchase will my order arrive?
Your items should normally arrive within 4-5 weeks of purchase, except during peak season. The larger orders will also require additional time. In that case they will be sent as soon as they are made.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship internationally, just send us an e-mail for a shipping price quote. You will not be able to use the shopping cart for this option. The shopping cart is configured for shipping within the New Zealand only.

How do I insure my package for shipping?
Insurance is already included in the shipping costs.

I need a color that is not listed in the drop down box, how can I order the color that I need?
Each purchase will include an area for "notes" with your payment; simply make note in that area, stating the color or colors of your choice.

Can I choose more than one color?
Yes, you can choose as many colors as you wish! Just list them in the "notes" section of the payment form. We will do our best to utilize the colors you want.

My bridesmaid's dresses are an unusual color. Can you match the flowers to the dresses?
Yes, just mail a color swatch to the address on the contact us page! Be sure to include your name with the swatch & let us know you're sending it. You can make note of that in the "notes" section of your payment form. Again, we will do our best to utilize the colors you want.

I need 8 corsages how do I order more than one item?
Click the "add to cart" button beside the item you wish to purchase, then when the "shopping cart" pops up, simply change the quantity (qty) to 8 (or however many you need) Click on the "update cart" to reflect the price for all items.

I decided to purchase a different bouquet but I've already added one to the shopping cart. How do I get rid of the one I don't want?
Simply click inside the box beside the name of the item you no longer want under "remove" then click on the "update cart" button.

What is your return policy?
We want to be as fair as possible to our customers and designers. We will do our best to make sure your order is right.
In the event this is just not possible, the following rules will apply:
If the Order is cancelled within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued immediately.
If the Order is cancelled after the arrangement is built, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
If the Order is cancelled after the arrangement is built and photo approved, there will be a 25% restocking fee.
If the Order is cancelled after the arrangement is built, photo approved, and shipped, there will be a 30% restocking fee, plus there will be no refund on the shipping charges.
Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition within three days of receipt. There are no refunds for "Sale Items", "One of a Kind", or Custom Orders.

My purchase totals $200.00, how do I receive my free toss bouquet?
Your toss bouquet will automatically be created to match your wedding flowers. In the "notes" section of the payment form, just make note of the name & color of your toss bouquet choice. If you'd like to use the same colors as the bridal bouquet simply state "match my bouquet"

Does it cost anything to become a member of Paypal?
No, Paypal is a completely safe, easy & free service to buying customers.

I don't have a credit card, can I still become a member of Paypal?
Yes, you can pay via Paypal with a credit card or your checking account!

Do you offer any payment options other than Paypal?
Yes, we also accept direct creadits, however if you send a money via direct debit your items will not be shipped until the check clears. (Usually 2-3 business days)

How do I make a purchase using a direct debit without going through Paypal?
Just send us an e-mail requesting instructions for payment via direct debit. You will be unable to use the shopping cart if using this option. The shopping cart is set up for purchases through Paypal only!

Is the bouquet in the picture the actual bouquet that I will be receiving?
Most photos are sample photos. Your bouquet will be created especially for you upon ordering. However, the pictures that we e-mail for your approval before shipping will be the actual photo of your bouquet.
